Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:

To process any return or refund a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided.

The video must:

  • Show a 360° view of the sealed parcel with the shipment label.
  • Capture the full unsealing and unpacking process without any Cut, Pause & edits.
  • Clearly highlight the damaged or missing item.
  • Complaints without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Return/Refund:

  • Returns (or) Refunds are only applicable for damaged (or) incomplete products (e.g., missing earrings or defective items) received during transit.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as dislike of product appearance, shedding of beads/sequins, or other non-defective issues.
  • International orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How to Report a Complaint:

  • Order number
  • Detailed unboxing video

Return & Refund Process:

Approval:

  • Our team will review the submitted details and respond within 4-7 working business days.

Shipping:

  • Please send the returns via reputed courier services and email us the courier receipt within 2 business days after the product is reported to be defective.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • If the product is not shipped back within 2 business days, refund/exchange will not be accepted.
  • Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen events like natural disasters or weather disruptions. These delays are beyond our control.

Inspection:

  • Returned items will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

Replacement or Refund:

  • If the product is in stock, a replacement will be shipped within 2-7 working days.
  • If unavailable, a refund will be processed within 2–7 working days depending on the payment mode.

Additional Guidelines:

  • No cancellations or product swaps are allowed after the order is placed.
  • If an item in your order cannot be processed, you may choose a replacement of equal/greater value (with balance paid) or receive a refund for that specific item.
  • We reserve the right to deny any request that does not follow this policy.
